The questions we get asked
Before you get started.
Do I need special hardware to start?
No. You start with your Windows computer and a simple touch button. If you have timing cells (Alge Timy, TAG Heuer CP540, Race Result), Equidesk connects to them — but it's not required.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, entirely. During the show everything runs locally on your computer: timing, rankings and all exports. The public live view runs over your own Wi-Fi, with no external connection.
Are the results to official standards?
Yes. Calculations follow the FEI Jumping 2026 and Endurance 2026 rules (tables, Annex 5 vet gate, Best Condition), and export in the official format expected by the federation.
Which languages are available?
French, Arabic and English — with a right-to-left (RTL) interface for Arabic. It's the first equestrian show-management software available in Arabic.
How much does it cost?
